Our goal is to provide the perfect comfort food experience for all foodies looking for a hearty and satisfying meal made with care and attention to detail.
At Pooty’s, we’re proud to be a local favorite — voted Best Food Truck by our amazing community eight years in a row! At Pooty’s, we’re all about keeping it local and keeping it real. Our cheese curds are delivered fresh every week from Crystal Springs Cheese Factory and Calgary’s own cheese artisans. Every fry, every squeaky curd, and every hearty pour of gravy is proudly Canadian-made. We proudly support other local favorites too, like Premium Sausage, Brewmaster, Daniels Dill Dip, and our amazing local greenhouses — just to name a few.
How It All Started
Hey there! I’m Kaylen — local mom, cook, and the heart behind Pooty’s Poutine.
My passion with poutine started when I was just 18, working at a neighborhood restaurant where I had my very first taste of a specialty poutine. It sparked a dream that’s been growing ever since: to create a spot dedicated to wild, fun, and unforgettable poutine combos.
Almost 10 years (and a lot of fries) later, I’m still dreaming up new creations! Our fan favorites like Chicken and Waffle, Mini Perogy Poutine, Thanksgiving Poutine, and the legendary Pooty Tang are all originals straight from my crazy poutine-loving mind.
Every weekly special? You guessed it — crafted right here at Pooty’s.
Because at the end of the day, there’s nothing better than good food, made with passion, creativity, and a whole lot of local love.

Pooty’s loves being dependable, so you can usually find us parked on Dunmore Road in front of Stewart Optical from Wednesday to Sunday! But sometimes we stray away for big events or private bookings, so be sure to follow our Facebook page—we post our full weekly schedule there!
Does Pooty's Poutine offer catering services
Pooty’s offers catering services with a minimum sales charge plus gratuity. The amount varies depending on the season, so please reach out for a custom quote—we’d love to be part of your event!
Can Pooty's Poutine accomodate dietary restrictions like vegan, dairy free or gluten free?
Pooty's foodtruck offers Vegan, Dairy free, and vegetarian poutines. No gluten free yet - sorry!
Can I preorder for pickup from Pooty's Poutine?
Yes—we love preorders! Texting is best, as we don’t always have time to answer calls. Please send your name, pickup time, and full order all in one message, and we’ll reply if we receive it. Sometimes messages get missed—sorry in advance! The more notice you can give, the better. Most orders are ready in 10–15 minutes.
